Kamaiyah has created one of the tracks setting the tone for 2023.
The Oakland artist has brought the visuals to her recent single “Thru the Week”, directed by Vic Motion. The Keep It Lit Records founder gives us a peak on how busy the week gets with shows, videos, rehearsals, dressing rooms, and collaborating with your favorite artists.
At the core of the video, Kamaiyah records “Thru the Week” in a makeshift kitchen studio. While the Bay rapper cooks, a baby and loved ones are smiling and laughing around her.
After listening to the way the platinum-certified artist has started 2023, there’s no way New Year goals become diluted this year.
