Last year Toronto producer Deebs and Los Angeles crooner Jarell Perry constructed a 5-track EP led by a gratifying sound. Entitled Shift, the sonic affair combined Perry’s pacifying vocals and vulnerable lyrics with Deebs’ ethereal board touch, which quickly picked up as one of the best projects to come about the up and rising scene. To commemorate the one-year anniversary, the duo decided to surprise loyal listeners with a re-release of the project, but with an acapella twist.
