For the last ten years, Top Dawg Entertainment has given back to the community of Watts in Los Angeles and yesterday, they did it once again with their 10th annual TDE Christmas Concert and Toy Drive.
The two day event is a celebration of music and community. In fact, #TDEXMAS has become a holiday tradition for residents of Nickerson Gardens in Watts and the surrounding communities. The concert this year featured TDE artists from SZA, Jay Rock, Schoolboy Q, Zacari, and special guest, YG. Past performances have included Jay Rock, Kendrick Lamar, Doechii, Isaiah Rashad, Ab Soul, Ray Vaughn, Reason, and SiR.
Aside from the concert and toy drive, TDE also got a recognition for the city of Los Angeles for their contribution to the community these last ten years. The city presented TDE, a certificate of appreciation for being outstanding contributors to the Watts community.
