21 Savage continues to educate at-risk youth around the country through the expansion of his 21 Savage Bank Account Campaign. The new launch will see the campaign progressing forward in its goal to enhance the youthâs financial literacy.Â
Recruiting 150 teens, 21 will be an advisor, or Money Making Mentor, and provide participants financial capability support in addition to training. Participants will also receive a position as an employee of Juma where they will work in Mercedes Benz Stadium and Suntrust Parksâ concessions. The campaign will recruit kids disconnected from their education and the workplace.
âI want to help kids with a background similar to mine to get smart about their money,â says 21 Savage in the campaignâs press release. Being brought up without the educational opportunities he has today was enough to encourage 21 to teach and assist other kids so that they may dodge the experience of growing up without as well. In the campaignâs press release, U.S. Congressman Hank Johnson praises 21âs new campaign as he states, âI continue to applaud his efforts, and I look forward to working with him as we create new positive opportunities for our young people.â Johnson has previously supported 21 as he wrote an endorsement letter defending the hip-hop artist regarding his ICE detention following this yearâs Super Bowl.
