Pop artist on the rise Phil Crown isn’t necessarily a new face to the music scene; currently residing in Oakland, he has been producing behind the scenes for many of our favorite artists.
Now, Phil is stepping into the spotlight and releasing his debut Desert Son EP next month, and today, he stops by with the first visual for his single “Pick Up The Phone.”
“I loved shooting in Japan and most of this video was shot guerrilla style. Many of the guys in the video are real Yakuza members and the car I was driving in the video was actually owned by a Yakuza boss,” says Phil.
