Miguel explains “Triangle Love”, which details a toxic love triangle with a sample of an explicit argument from the 2004 film Closer; intertwined to compliment the dark story through his song lyrics.
“This is a little bit of tapping into all guys’ worst nightmare,” Miguel tells Genius. “And in this story I’m a bit of every character. I’m narrating, I’m the best friend, I’m all of it.”
