Bringing great music and even better vibes to Rosarito, Mexico each year, Baja Beach Fest is one of a kind! The festival went down this past weekend from August 11 through the 13.

It features some of reggaeton’s most prominent names like Wisin Y Yandel, Don Omar, Ozuna, Feid, Tainy, Becky G, Grupo Firme, and many more. This year, they also celebrated their fifth anniversary, so what better way than to relive some of our favorite BBF moments from this year.

Friday night (August 11) was one of the most unique sets in BBF history, as multi-platinum producer, Tainy, emerged mysteriously from the festival’s delay tower in the middle of the crowd to play highlights from his recent critically-acclaimed album, DATA, as well as other standout cuts from his impressive catalog as he rang in the festival’s fifth anniversary.

Latin music icons Wisin Y Yandel played their final show ever on the Baja Beach Fest stage, lighting up the crowd with hits like “Rakata,” “El Telefono,” and “Sexy Moviento,” plus bangers from 2022’s La Última Misión.

For its second day (August 12), the festival had incredible performances and immaculate vibes that fit into BBF famous slogan “menos hate, mas perreo” aka “less hate, more twerking.”

Puerto Rican icon Ozuna closed out the night by digging deep into his bag of hits to bring day two to an end. He also brought out his good friend Ferxxo, who performed right before him, for their signature collaboration, “Hey Mor.”

Colombian star Feid had the crowd covered in his favorite colored green lighting as he blessed fans with Reggaeton hits like “Feliz Cumpleanos Ferxxo” and “LA INOCENTE.”

Fast rising rapper, Young Miko, had the crowd turned up with her slick bars, and even went down to the crowd after her performance to show some love to her fans in the front.

Day three (August 14) was bittersweet as it was the last day for BBF but none the less, Baja Beach Fest went out with a bang.

Grupo Firme put on a set to remember, representing the regional Mexican music genre, as they serenaded the crowd for an unbelievable 3 HOUR SET (!!) to close out an unforgettable 5th anniversary festival from Baja Beach Fest

Nonetheless, over the past five years, fans and artists alike have gravitated to Rosarito to revel in the company of their fellow fans, united by their love of the music and the beach town’s irrepressible vibes.

Baja Beach Fest’s fifth anniversary was a moment to look backward and forward–a chance to marvel at Latin music’s global takeover and to ponder at what the future holds. One thing is for sure, as Latin Music, and Regional Mexican music, continue to grow, Baja Beach Fest will continue to provide the world-conquering music the showcase it deserves.
