The festival is a two day celebration of the best Hip Hop, Reggae, and medical marijuana in Southern California recognizing California’s premier MMJ growers, breeders, edible chefs and extract artists. You DO NOT need a medical marijuana card to enjoy the concert and exhibition. You ONLY need a medical marijuana card to enter the prop 215 medicated area and can get your medical marijuana card at the event! 18+.
