Fireboy DML Drops “Champion” Music Video Shot in Nigeria with D Smoke

Nigerian singer-songwriter Fireboy DML and rapper D Smoke have released a music video for their Pheelz-produced track “Champion.” 

Shot with both artists in Nigeria, “Champion” opens with Fireboy and his family driving through his hometown showcasing the generations that have come before and after him. Shortly after he is seen running across the breathtaking terrain chasing after his dreams. Then D Smoke enters performing on stage.

“Champion” appears on the Nigerian native’s latest album APOLLO, which he dropped last year. The project features 17 tracks with guest appearances from Olamide, Wande Coal, and of course, Inglewood’s own, D Smoke.
