Future And Metro Boomin Tease Their Upcoming Collaborative Album

This February, Future announced on Twitter that he was in “album mode,” and now it seems like he’s gearing up to release the album soon.

Metro Boomin posted a series of in-studio candid photos with the Atlanta rapper on Wednesday, Sep. 20, with the caption “AOTY loading…,” alluding to the collaborative album that the duo have been working on for almost a year. Back in June, the iconic producer told Complex that among all the other music he was making at the time, this would be his “ultimate project.”

“It’s tunnel vision on that one because I was spreading myself thin between Heroes & Villains, Spider-Man, Coachella, and still shooting videos for Heroes,” Metro continued. “But now the focus is on this album and we’ve been working.”

That same month, Metro also teased a song from his album with Future at a New York City club. 

This upcoming album from the two industry titans comes after a long list of collaborations ranging from Future’s 2014 album DS2 to Metro’s 2022 album HEROES & VILLAINS and hits like Jumpman.
