Grammy Award-winning producer/recording artist Hit-Boy teams up with his dad Big Hit and The Alchemist to release new album Black & Whites.
The 12 track album features guest appearances from Boldy James, HitgirlLENA, Killa Twan, LongBodyy, C3, and Figg Rarri rapping over gritty interchangeable beats from the two legendary producers with Big Hit shining on each track.
The album title Black & Whites symbolizes the court documents for Big Hit’s multiple run-ins with the law. Just last year, he was released from prison after serving a 9-year sentence but the newfound freedom would turn out to be short-lived.
Earlier this year, Big Hit was wrongfully arrested and held for weeks which caused quick action from Hit-Boy and The Alchemist to free him and begin working on this new album. This was all documented and culminated with a visual experience and short film last night in Los Angeles, California, presented by Surf Club Inc and ALC Records.
