The “Young Regulator” Huey Briss, premiered new music this week with Warren G. In the song, Huey helps bridge two generations of Long Beach, comparing himself to Warren G and what it means to be the Long Beach wave.
A day after the song dropped, Warren G took to instagram to approve the song dubbing Huey the “Young Regulator” and “LBC Certified”. Huey responds on twitter saying “Warren G raised me, more than happy”.
“Warren G” is a single off the new album Wishing out Loud set to be released next month. The Long Beach artist and Pro Club collaborated in promoting the album with an Ice Cream Truck similar to the one on the song cover.
If the ice cream truck is any indication of the new album then we know “Briss Don’t Miss”. Check out Warren G and follow Huey Briss to know when Wishing out Loud is out in November.
