North Carolina has produced some of the most talented artists and creatives, and Mez (f.k.a. King Mez) is already on his way to cementing his status as the latest N.C. great. Mez just dropped his second new single of the year “Hot Spot,” featuring Isaiah Rashad.
On the single, Mez compares his connection with his girl to a phone’s hotspot – they’ll always be connected and there for each other even when they’re apart. Isaiah Rashad adds a sultry verse of his own to perfectly complement Mez on the track, as he reflects on all the connections he may have missed while living life on the road.
“Hot Spot” is Mez’s second release of 2024, following his vibrant single “Call On,” which was his first release in nearly 4 years. Stay tuned for an EP from Mez at the end of the month.
