NxWorries Brings 90s Nostalgia In “Where I Go”

NxWorries released a new song this week featuring Bay Area’s H.E.R., “Where I Go”. It has been five years since the duo premiered new music.

Anderson .Paak took a short break from his Silk Sonic run to promote the new song and music video. Knxwledge had an interactive twitch stream to watch the video premiere.

The .Paak directed music video brings 90s nostalgia with leather jackets, faux bucket hats, and infidelity through beepers.

In late 2020, NxWorries did a live performance for Double Happiness and first teased the song released this week. In the interview after the performance, the group mentioned they were working on new music. Stones Throw posted on instagram last week, “In the lab.”, showing the duo recording in the Fall.

We should be expecting more from NxWorries, but in the meantime hear the duo’s R&B single and see why Anderson was left in the rain.
