As you may know, Top Dawg Entertainment’s rising new star, Ray Vaughn, is continuing to receive ongoing praise from the industry, and Joey Bada$$ have been throwing shots back and forth. It started at the top of the year, when Joey released “The Ruler’s Back,” in which he downplayed the great year the West Coast had following Kendrick Lamar’s remarkable run against Drake in their feud. The bars in that song caught the attention of Ray Vaughn and Daylyt, who both released responses, Ray’s first being that of track ‘CRASHOUT HERITAGE.’.
Now Ray is back with a response called “Hoe Era,” who just took further aim at Ray Vaughn following the release of his new freestyle on Red Bull 1250’s Spiral Freestyle series.
