Remble Unleashes Cleverly Menacing New Single “Touchable”

Jun 11, 2021

Today, rising San Pedro rapper Remble drops the playfully menacing new single “Touchable.”

Showcasing his brilliant, tongue-in-cheek wordplay and a nonchalant flow, the track demonstrates the deft skills that have made him one of the most exciting new artists to pop out of L.A. in a long time.

On the track, Remble dispels the notion that anybody is touchable, laying out various scenarios in which he might take down his enemies. Coasting over an ominous instrumental, he frames murderous bars in a comical amount of exposition and enunciation, making him sound as much like a friendly customer service rep as a rising rap star: “I just took your life, and as you know, it’s un-refundable/When you up the Smith’n you should never feel uncomfortable.” Elsewhere on the track, as a bell tolls in the distance, Remble offers a deadpan recap of a recent crime scene: “How many shots were fired? I don’t know, but more than sev-er-al.”

Take a listen to “Touchable” below.
