Around this time last year, we introduced you to Symone Maddox better known as SYX with her “Dino Mentality” video.
Today, the Cali rapper returns with her first single of 2020 titled “Rona Dreams,” which speaks directly to those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. On the song, SYX speaks on her faith, her summer plans, and her hustling mentality.
While the coronavirus brought the world to a complete halt; this didn’t stop the West Coast native from composing music we all can relate to. SYX refused to let quarantine stop her grind; creating a video to inspire listeners to persevere despite the unfortunate hand we were dealt with.
