Formerly known as 1TakeTy of LA’s 1Take music clique, Tyler J. is embracing his newly discovered love for songwriting through R&B music. Having been influenced to pursue rap because of his peers, over the past year or so he decided to branch off respectfully and take a new approach.
Today, Tyler J. stops by with his newest single “iYKYKYK” an acronym for “If you know, you know (you know).” Following up on his most recent “Love U Anyway,” Tyler continues to dive more into his emotions for someone special.
Over a steel drum melody mixed with the perfect amount of claps, Tyler goes into detail about the good times that the two will share. Even taking a small cadence from Pretty Ricky’s “Your Body” and making it his own.
