Dreamville’s latest signee and leading lady Ari Lennox has officially arrived. After quickly gaining praise for her sultry vocals on “Backseat” with labelmate Cozz, the pair finally give their track visual treatment, as well as announce Ari’s début solo EP, PHO. Her 7 track EP, mostly produced by DJ Grumble (“Backseat”), is poetically delivered. When asked about her project Ari said:
“It’s modern, relaxed, and turned up soul. It’s just chill with trappy vibes reminiscent of the beautiful music from the 70s.”
