I’ve shot a lot of artists at the House of Blues in Houston including Ne-Yo, Young Thug, Travis Scott and Tinashe; none had a completely full house! Even the Balcony was full of fans who knew every word to every song. Even more important; especially for an up and coming artist who is hot off the XXL Freshman cover; the line at the Merchandise booth was so long i couldn’t really identify the end! The opening act of D.R.A.M didn’t disappoint either with his melodic hits such as “Cha-Cha” and “Broccoli” getting the crowd hyped up for Lil Dicky to take stage and deliver! More than just music; Dicky provided a complete show including costumes, the National Anthem and even a visit from the ghosts of Pac and Biggie; who requested to see some titties and let everyone know they don’t give a shit about Dicky’s Grandmother because they busy fuckin bitches! With a lot of hate coming towards the 16′ class of XXL freshman Dicky definitely proved why he is the one person on the list most give the exception to! – Devin Sheridan (IG: @Devmatic)
