Although not a native, he still has this natural ability to bring everyone together as he couch surfs through the neighborhood. Kevin Gates has a way with the people, able to balance the leader role throughout the track while fitting in right with the homies.
He keeps it chill, but touches on his life and thoughts. Fresh out from being locked up, one of the lines that stands out is, “we either die or go to jail, so what the fuck could you tell me?”
