Dreebo’s energy and vibe is definitely underestimated, probably because he’s not coming off too strong with his technique, and instead allowing his bars and beats to elevate his flow. So, it makes sense that he released a track called “Energy!”
With a laid-back beat and a downtempo rap, it gives listeners a chance to create their own energy, or have the opportunity to have their own reaction to the single. The rapper recites, “your problems are yours, and my problems are mine;” this line along with the rest of the lyrics connect with the production of the visual, especially with him talking to himself in the mirror while embracing the lifestyle.
