Young Giantz Are On A “Western Expedition” As They Travel Through The G-Funk Era

They say they want the flavor back, as the Young Giantz are putting W’s across the map with the release of their new music video “Western Expedition” featuring MZ Ink Bomb

The West coast duo are the sons of rap pioneer Playa Hamm of the Penthouse Players Clique, who was signed by Eazy E to Ruthless/Priority Records in 1992.

South Central brothers Deuce Mac and Bigg Joe West released their own EP on Priority Records just last month entitled 2000 Ninetiez, and are following up with a visual paying homage to the classic G Funk era of West Coast hip-hop.

Young Giantz recruited producers such as Dae One, who is frequently credited on Ice Cube and Snoop Dogg’s albums, as well as veterans Jelly Roll and DJ Battlecat for their 13-track project.

Some say their too West Coast, but Home Grown Radio is definitely okay with that.
