H.E.R. is bringing back the Lights On Festival and the lineup is insane!
Celebrating R&B in full effect, the two-day festival will feature H.E.R., Erykah Badu, Bryson Tiller, Ari Lennox, Ty Dolla Sign, Keyshia Cole, Blxst, and many more. Lights On Festival will take place September 18 and 19 in Concord, Ca.
