On Sunday, August 24th, rapper and community advocate Kalan.FrFr hosted his sixth annual TwoFr Day at Compton College, an uplifting event aimed at empowering Los Angeles youth and spreading positivity. The day was filled with a variety of free programming, including food trucks, game trucks, bouncy houses, school supplies, backpacks, shoes, haircuts, and more, creating a festive atmosphere for attendees from across the city. The event also featured a lively pop-up concert, hosted by India Love and Storm DeBarge, with surprise performances from Tommy The Clown and West Coast artists like 310babii, culminating in a headlining set by Kalan.FrFr himself.
This initiative underscores Kalan.FrFr’s commitment to giving back to the community, transforming a simple event into a powerful movement of hope and unity, with recognition from The City of Compton as they honored Kalan and others with a plaque at the event.
