Songstress Jhené Aiko makes her highly anticipated return to music with short film, “Trip.”
The semi-autobiographical film written by Jhené and Tracy Oliver (Girls Trip, Survivor’s Remorse, Barbershop) highlights Jhene coming to terms with the passing of her late brother Miyagi and the emotional journey of grappling loss, companionship and addiction.
Inspired by a trip to Hawaii, Jhene gives us a visual representation of her forthcoming album Trip 17. Watch below.
