Snoop Dogg Becomes Owner Of Death Row Records And Releases ‘B.O.D.R’ Album

Snoop Dogg is making moves in the music industry from dropping a new album to becoming the owner of Death Row Records,

On Feb. 9, a press release surfaced that the Long Beach native became the owner of Death Row Records, which played a big role at the beginning of the rapper’s music career.

“I am thrilled and appreciative of the opportunity to acquire the iconic and culturally significant Death Row Records brand, which has immense untapped future value,” Snoop Dog said in a statement. “It feels good to have ownership of the label I was apart of at the beginning of my career and as one of the founding members.”

He also thanked his team for helping him get to that point and making it happen.

Snoop’s new album B.O.D.R. is also out now on streaming platforms. The 18-tracklist features several artists like Nas, T.I, Nate Dogg, The Game, DaBaby, Wiz Kahlifa, and many more.
