Smoke DZA and Hip- Hop legend, Pete Rock, will release a joint album titled, Don’t Smoke Rock. Back in March, while preparing to drop He Has Risen with Harry Fraud, Smoke mentioned that there was a joint project with Rock in the works. Well, yesterday Rock took to his Instagram to make the project’s existence official. He posted a picture, which may be the album’s cover art, with the caption:
“DSR coming soon!!! Don’t Smoke Rock! Smoke Dza x Pete Rock! #Repost @ogluvdatog ・・・ Coming this summer, Smoke Dza & Pete Rock Got somethin for ya’ll #DontSmokeRock The Album”
Rock hasn’t released an album since his 1994 The Main Ingredient collaboration with CL Smooth. There is no official release date for the Don’t Smoke Rock album.
